We do a comprehensive inventory of the platform including: license verification, active users and permissions, custom properties, automations, data visualization dashboards, integrations and other variables depending on the Hubspot modules that are active in the organization.

Based on the understanding of the company’s needs and the audit of the ecosystem implementation status, we establish a list of gaps that need to be closed to reach the desired level.
